3" too low as it sits. Might be sucked down.

No foam either is a fail.

Maybe a couple other things.

Toy ifs torsion bar is awfully long. Could potentially package creatively though?

Looked at to he links Bret have me. All JJs are right hand thread. Most are completely shot.

2 2.25" dia x 23" with 1.25" threads
2 2" dia x 25.5" with 1" threads.

Could replace my front uppers, but I'd need to move the mounts outboard on the frame to clear the exhaust with bigger and straight material. The current 1.75 steel is bent to clear. Not sure how that bent-to-clear might work if I delete frame side bushings. Effective length change as it rotates would bring the suck (should be super minor though right? My brain isn't working on that point), so I may want to move them out anyway.

On replacing the 1" shank front Johnny joint I broke:

1" heims seem rare. Cost the same at speedway as 1.25s, just under 50ea.

Could toss a pair each in front and rear with standard misalignment spacers to delete Johnny Joints.

Have to do work on links to delete bushings, which I would like to. Could remake with any thread I want. 7/8 seems right for uppers but I already broke a 1" JJ shank. So either 1 or 1.25 it is. There are wide misalignment spacers that take up space to go into a 3" bracket that matches my bushing width, but I doubt the hole spacing will clear the body of a heim. I found one listed dimension that gives a 1" heim a 2.75 body; bushings are in 2" tube.

Standard misalignment is 2 5/8 wide so I only have 3/16 on each side to just sandwich something in. Probably need to bite the bullet and just build new frame side brackets. Bah. Probably replace the front-fronts with 1" now and leave the rest for later.

I'm not looking at it now but I think the brackets would need to get about an inch taller to hold the holes right.

Parts on the way to swap all 4 JJs to 1" heims.
Air bump replacement parts as well.

Need to look at brakes - may have bad master?

Need to tear into RF shock and swap parts. Ryan, think I can catch you for some oil and shims? let me know what you need out of it. I could swing out there Friday or Saturday evening.

More life left there than there is left now! Eep.

I keep thinking about putting the spare back up there but I like the balance she's got now.

I have some aluminum with 1" RH all over it that might work. Winter/spring project I guess.

Glad I didn't try to haul ass for Sturgis: I just had to have Speedway open a loose parts claim with UPS. My 1" heims and jam nuts are ALL somewhere between here and Nebraska :(

Definitely underboxed for 11# of small parts.

I won't be surprised if UPS will reject the claim due to them being poorly packaged.
