I'm sure fresh fluid doesn't hurt. But quite a pleasant surprise as good as the old stuff looked and smelled. I'd have bet pretty hard on no change.

Steel tank.  Water for camping, washing hands feet and whatnot.

Annual trip to PA was a bit of a rough weekend for the old Ram.

CEL 5 minutes down the road. Turned around, was P0441 Evaporative Emission System Incorrect Purge Flow. Took out the Purge Valve and blew it out with the air compressor and it went away. Bought one at AutoZone on the way but never installed.

Cruise completely inop. Its always been a bit temperamental, but would always work.  This vehicle is particularly hard to keep at a constant speed with the accelerator lol.

Lamp Out dinger went off the rails. Constant dinging for a couple miles until I pulled over and removed a taillight so it would just stay on.  (Stock taillights are mounted under flatbed to fix Lamp Out and fast blinkers).  Just ordered two taillight circuit boards. This is a common problem. This used to go off every once and a while but not enough to care.

Caught a stone between the rear rotor and the shield which made this crazy loud screeching noise. Took a few minutes to figure out what it was.  It was a PITA to remove, I didn't have any tools that would fit in there. Ended up using a butter knife, vice grips, and a hammer haha.

Sun visor hanger shattered when I went to hang the visor for no reason at all, odd.

CEL back on 10 minutes from home. P0139 O2 sensor circuit slow response Bank 1 Sensor 2.  Will pull tomorrow and see what's up with that...

Just hit 167k. Heading to the Adirondacks Thursday.

Lol. I thought I looked ar the tail light circuit boards when I first bought the truck and they were very expensive. They are $12 so not sure what happened there.

wonder if we should have pulled that loose sensor all the way out to see what it looked like before jamming it back in the trans

I suddenly remember that I think I did several years in my Ram with no cruise. I wonder if I look back through the thread here if I say what fixed it. I recall regret of not doing it sooner since it was easy.

looks like it was a bad front wheel speed sensor

Need to do sway bar links.

Maybe shocks?

Rattle 90% gone. Steering super nice. 110 miles of functional cruise control and counting. Not too far from doubling miles driven with cruise under my ownership. Hopefully LF speed sensor routing is now safe... third try a charm.

Put 1/8 turn on most oil pan bolts. See if that dries up a wet side of the pan.

I think if its used for the weekend and drained it will be fine for several years.
