had to cut all 4 rear shackle bolts (both shackles broken)

leaf eye burried up in box pretty bad with out much axcess to get a good hammer / air hammer or suport to knock out bolt rust seized in bushing.  was about to sit the torch on it but then id still have to get the bushing sleeve out, and then some how press in new bushings.

googled it for help lol, youtube showed this method.  i was amazed it worked great!  cut bolt off, use threads to pull out with stacking more and more washers as it draws out

brought out of storage, should be getting plates soon.

broke down 4 tires, new stems, fresh balance
passenger front wheel speed sensor
fuel tank pressure sensor
rear bump stops
air filter
oil filter / oil change

first real drive tonight, seems to shift and good power.

sometimes it wants to die comming to a stop not sure what the deal is with fly by wire and nothing like dirty iac or whatever
no related codes
thinking maybe throw plugs at it and some fresh fuel?

got plates today.  ran to walmart for fluids with it.  def brought back high school memories stuffing parts/fluids into front of a regular cab haha

put fuel in it, then two of the dash gages pegged immediatly, awesome lol

took cluster apart, cycled stepper motors on gages manually a few times and now seems good.  repair kits with all motors and lights cheap, but ill see if i can grab another cluster to swap.

MIL brake lights, says passenger side wheel speed sensor.  i think i have that in stock, and already changed the driver side.

more miles today running around, seems like a solid little truck.

i had already changed the passenger wheel speed sensor, i changed it again to another new one, no change in result.

first stop brakes buz and lights come on, then brakes fine after but with lights and codes.    i guess ill check the wiring on chassis next time its on the lift.

should be ready for a sticker after 3 days of driving around.  ill have to check monitors, and if thats an issue and just turn them off with a fresh hot rod tune lol

data does show noise on RF wheel speed.  forms say some aftermarket sensors dont like some wheel bearings?  WTF its a magnet and metal ton ring to make a pulse

recent update.  been a good kid machine.

has started popping into reduced power mode and code P1516

ETC, TAC module, petal assembly have been replaced, no change.  only happens when cold start.  clear code and then fine.

i brought the wrong PCM out to flash a new one with that code turned off (no drivability issues), apparently 2003 is a blue green bah

didnt want to risk bricking it over writing whats in the truck so will have to wait to next visit cycle.
