lots o work done last night on this


CBR cooler installed
fox bumps in
skid and exhaust pulled, repaired, wrapped.


Spal fans on CBR cooler are ear piercing screeching loud.... hope they wear in a little and settle down.  right behind occupants helmets.  looks bad ass and should keep cucumber cool now.

Trans is gonna be cooler than the motor! Better rad fans or airflow mods in the works?

Airflow mods in the works as well as some better shielding from mud splash. Cores were full of mud yet again from last race. Exhaust wrap around oil pan should lessen engine oil temps as well.

If it's getting mud packed that's for certain the issue. That's the only time I've had temp issues, really.  Mud flap hanging down off the rear of the chassis in front of it? Or do you think it's from the rear tires?

Fix broken drive flange bolt
Clean mud from radiator cores
Complete radiator fan tunnel
Bleed coolant system
Cut rear firewall out
Bump pressure check
Dual rates moved down
Rear number board
Fix horn
investigate axle hitting PS pump bracket
Rear bumper (meh)

new gears loaded tonight
lubed and bolt checked
horn fuse increased
some radiator shield and inlet mods and good to go for sat race.

New throttle cable
Intake in cab
Replace loose heims 1.25"
Skid fix
Frayed steering line
New female end on window net bar
Driver side PTT wire fix
Radiator relocate
Shroud radiator
Switch fan blade out with new
Bleed coolant system
Phase front axle shafts

Check:
Shock pressures
Bump pressures
Fluids
Grease everything
Tire pressure
Lug nuts
King pin bolts
Brake slider bolts in rear
Top off fuel

New stuff needed:
Bigger Air filter
Bigger Outerwear
Plumbing for intake
Neck restraints

Spares needed:
Volvo fan relays
Power steering pump OEM
Make a tote of spare parts
