Thought I needed a quick battery terminal cleaning. Ended up disassembling and cleaning both posts, hot post, then still chasing voltage drops of 2 or 10 Volts. All well as soon as I r&r main shutoff. Bringing the spare but I think it may have had some dirt between the contacts that I jarred. Can't get it to fail again.

Effective and enjoyable 2hr start to today's festivities!

Long day ahead today.

Finish weld remote resi mounts. Configuring and placing those took a while!
Frame side front link mounts
Rear swaybar mounts, arms, links
Rear bump cans. Plan finalized.
Front Pinion seal
Oil change
Steering bolts. Leaving tie rods for now. Hope to prerun both configurations and see how they feel.
Assemble springs on shocks. ADS sliders are really embarassing. Fix arrives today.
Modify hood to clear shock resis

Must Do:
front gearset (?)
fix rear suckdown
new master kill switch

Want Do:
front driveshaft
front lower links
traction tread on brake pedal
heel cup for accelerator
rear upper links delete bushings (use front upper 1" heims in existing links)
hood
heavier swaybar?

Maybe next:
fresh tins
dzues fasteners
rear lower link bushing delete
more siren wiring
other rewiring
interior tin work

Lots of swaybars up right now. several 2", a 1.5, several between 1 3/16 and 1 1/4...
should hit the RTI ramp with/without to see what difference it makes, and to check front spring cup clearance.

those ball pushy things timmy posted on FB look way better than dzeuce

front gear set- check your spool is a 4.10 and down, or 4.56 and up like ours that uses:
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/mgr-d60-538
they list an SVL gear set for 165 i had not tried.  also motive gear avail though advance with 30% coupon

master disconnect- i believe this is the unit in our 3 cars:
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/mor-74102/overview/

front 2" 1350 slip yoke

stub

1350 joints http://www.dennysdriveshaft.com/p4507_dana_spicer_5_178x_greaseable_u_joint_1350_series_.html

if you looking to rebuild all the front shaft, get rid of that superduty flange and CV just go to 2" bearing 4 bolt bearing / yokes:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/2-4-Bolt-Flange-Bearing-UCF210-32-UCF210-/291490103045?hash=item43de29ff05:g:xtwAAOSwqu9VFDdA

(3) http://www.dennysdriveshaft.com/p2153_neapco_n3r_28_1757__weld_yoke_gm_3r_series_to_fit_2_inch_.12.html
matts front shafts are 2" .120 wall DOM with 1.75" .250 wall DOM slid inside

could also keep / replace the saddle bearing, add a safty strap like my car has.

Deserves safety strap. don't recall if it's currently a good fit or a poor fit up top above the flange. I shouldn't need to buy any shaft parts, have a wide selection of good parts including brand new never used 1350 stuff from the dakota rear shaft. it's just the bottom slip I'm worried about. it's so floppy!

I run the deep gear spool STR-D1548

the USA Standard gears I bought last time current pricing is $242 from Summit and ship end of May. Your link for Motive are $210 and ship today. Even better if there's a good coupon somewhere.

I will pull a cover and confirm before ordering.

I’ve spent A LOT of money on this thing in the last couple months but $27ea is too much for body panel fasteners.

These are amazing.
Pricy but worth it for the right application.

Brian just returned my call from last week - he suggests 200-225psi fully extended for racing. Can go down to 150psi at ride height for trail riding.

I know I set them at 200, don’t recall for certain if that was at full extension or not.
