they were 140$ on ebay and i bought them because they were the last we found lol  they are angled just like ours.  Id rather keep them on the shelf for now.

i also have the copper fab sway bar arms in a box for you if you want them  they are different size

2x 15Ëš arms purchased, and bushings for bar.

Mind if I use your spare bars for mockup and size selection?

Not sure if it's the right thought, but I'm thinking that a rate that doesn't quite let it hit full flex in the rear when climbing the RTI ramp forwards is probably good general use/ KOH, and a step or two stiffer for woods racing without rocks.

Can you share the needed info for Ruffstuff? probably ready to push that button tomorrow. Going to wait on onlinemetals to check their prices against Klein. I expect Klein will say I need to buy full sticks of 7075 and I will be ordering from onlinemetals.

Stuff should all be here just in time for me to want to sit on the couch in facial agony next weekend! wooo!

all places were 700-900$ for a 20' stick of 7075 and 4-6weeks out when i called for 2.5"

I have DOM and grease fittings for bar mounts.  i weld them on and let them tweak with a heavy bead first, so it puts  a little bind or ark on the bar, then its never loose.....

I grabbed some oilite 1.5 OD 1.25ID, figured I'd split some 2x.25 tube and make clamps for it

ruff.
sanity check? some of the 1.25 on there now are good, some could use freshening. Figure I'll sort and keep some spares.

agree with your list assuming your artec arms have only 5/8" bolts drilled through them?

after watching a green CJ blow a 5/8" FNL bolt on a full throttle assult to a concrete block and snap, we run 7/8" single shear hardware there

Frame side mounts will all need to be redone front uppers are moving anyway.

7/8 stuff is for swaybar. Steering is good and fresh. Not planning on touching it.

Klien turned around a quote for me in like 15 minutes from emailing them. wow.
$500 to redeck my trailer (plus paint and whatever else).

The do not carry any 7075, only 6061, and only up to 1" rounds.

Decided I'm going to drag out the $$ pain a little and put off ordering link materials until I see how the other more pressing projects work out. Current links are functional as-is if need be.
I figure it'll be at least 3 weekends until the other list is run through, and another weekend to get shocks set. Even that's pretty optimistic between my usual pace and my wisdom teeth.

Also, all 4 shocks are supporting 740# each, per spring rates & compression from free length as measured at ride height.
fronts are 5.4Ëš from vertical, rears are 9.9Ëš from vertical.

Should add 225# to each end for driver and passenger, tools, spares and fluids. I'd bias it towards the rear but I'm moving the spare tire forward. Probably balances it.

Passes the sniff test from what I recall to be something like a 47/53 weight bias considering unsprung differences, and a bit less than 3000 unsprung weight with a 4460# curb weight. 400# rear axle 700# front axle and 600# of tires = 4700. Seems reasonable.

I should email Chris with info?

Try Murphy and Nolan for the link material.  Also Admiral
