dual rate stops are less than an inch above dividers at ride height IIRC. I did look at them and the were very close.

I don't think I want to play the 16" game. You had enough fun with trying to make too-long shocks work :-/

profenders are long for their size.  that car had 16" air shocks on it to start.  look at Eye measurements.  but ya stick with 14's if you can.  1800$ a pair for what i just ordered..... no springs.

I'm not sure I'd be happy gaining that much height. The SAW 16s are short for their travel, but the Foxes are longer than the Profenders.

I guess it would keep me from having power steering clearance issues? :-\
Not sure about that. And worthless heavy springs. Maybe some flatbiller diesel ricer needs them though?

Fuckit, I gave him an offer on the 16s he could certainly refuse. Found one other set of 2.5x14s with MUCH lighter springs (actually mostly too light) and waiting to see if they're still around.

Calling Dean on PF parts now. Not excited.

Heard nothing back on any 2.5 pms that were sent. Forgot I’d sent any until seeing the above post.

and he didn't put them in a box?  I hate that shit.   Retail boxes are usually not sturdy enough for shipping.

I’m sure it’s fine for what it’s for

Pretty useless as a 14x2 body.

No ship notice on shock body yet, so it'll be next week. ::)

Will undoubtably end up narrowing the mounts on and installing & abusing a brandy-fresh shock that I'd really like to sell as new, instead of getting to fix the old one and using it as an excuse to change some valving back there. Motherfucker. I'm SO DONE with Mike and Dean. BAH! Haven't heard anything back from Fox. I'm probably not being social enough on the socials for their taste.

Of course this week has gotten away from me, and I haven't searched for another shock oil source anyway. At least projects are going well up at Kim's house.
