have to design a tub lifting rig...

Im thinking some 2x4 and a single eyelet...
going to have to find the COG for a CJ6...
I never wanted a red car.. always thought they were tacky and common...
I now have 4 very not common cars and they are all red.. :o

Got some misc work done on the frame today..
Started the running the rear brake lines...
76-86 SS flex lines do not work with the 73 pre bent SS lines..
Need some adapters... :o

Motor frame mounts positioned.. and of course 72-75 Jeeps require some "drilling modification"

New lower shock studs made.. better alignment with the top studs.

K thanks
I'll see what I get into.
Right now only thing I'm thinking I need to do is
New PSC Steering pump and Sealed housing
Remove clutch fan
New belts & Hoses
New plugs
New Mean Green Alternator
New Starter

Do you have any 2 bolt factory style exhaust flanges?
Manifold to down pipe side?
We are planning to still run stock manifolds but the previous exhaust system had undersized flanges and they warped and always leaked.

Odd question....

Anybody mount a fiberglass tub or repli tub without scribe marks?
I was just thinking what would I have to reference that the tub is in the correct position...?

I haven't actually mocked the tub on the frame yet.. So if there is an 'ah ah' factor here I apologize..

Put the steering shaft and column in and connect to box.  Nothing else matters.  No marks any where.  Both i have done were the wrong match tub/frame

Not a bad idea..
I was also thinking use the center mount for the grill and work back with the fenders installed then tub..
Might get the tub over to the garage this week..

Motor is almost ready to drop and some garage updates being done today that will make life rather easy 8)
