getting limit straps should be on the short list.

PRP shipped the wrong straps. Hopefully Nicole follows through on her expedited shipping to fix it. Error in translation from online order to what went on the actual order sheet. That's a lil weird to have a manual entry step anywhere there.

My email confirmation said what I wanted.
What I got matched what was on the packing slip. The disconnect was between the order and the pack slip.

it baffles me how these places survive.  that's so common with manual entry from web to actual.  its crazy.

Ruff stuff claims parts were shipped.

I respond: were they shipped 5/29 like the email says, or 10 minutes ago

guy didn't find that comical.

I don't find it comical either. I guess overpromise and mostly deliver most of the time is good enough...

Shitty. I hope they're well bagged and won't get wet and rust if they sit out.

It baffles me as well, Everytime someone tells me the have to put things in Quickbooks or into some other system or program after a customer places an order, I wonder why? The technology exists to never touch a thing. Its cheaper and less mistakes.

We never touch anything when our orders come in, Just print and pack. Auto import to QB, auto import to UPS shipping, I guess people have to feel busy or need to keep their jobs.......

Auto is the only way to go. Manual processes cost time and cost mistakes. Insane... On the bright side: just got fedex ship notification. Due Thursday.

Need to leave a note for fedex - looks like they ticked signature required. Damn.

Makes no sense.
We encounter same shot in construction. I Email saleman and trim shop manager. Salesman prints email and hands to random person who manually enters order into computer. And then sends it over to trim shop manager.
Orders typically arrive incomplete or wrong. And no one cares why.
Except us!
Torq-masters & Off road Industries do it right. Take the human out of the process.

Taken out during lap 5 of 10 by a cooling fan failure. Spins freely but electrically open on high and low. 16th in class and 62nd overall iirc. Roughly mid pack overall, ~30% in class? Changed a RF tire once. May have a leak on that corner now.

Lou slammed me once when I pulled over to let him by. Tire carrier may be history.

Dust was BAD. I need a lot more pumper. Had to crack my shield many times and got lots of eye dirt for it.

Need some harness mods for Kim. She had to get our after lap 3, I think more shoulder harness padding that stays in place, and adding a sternum strap will be where to start, but I’m not sure. Willing to try again though! Shes got boniness in places I don’t understand so I don’t necessarily know what will help.
