Front and rear suspension finished for trail testing minus longer link bolts. Rear droops out nicely, need to measure for limit straps and tie in bump stop mounts to the frame. Needs more tube in the rear somehow. Exhaust pulled last night to install O2 sensors, water temp sensor installed in block, 3 fans wired, front driveshaft changed for better angle, front and rear axles gone through and spider gears welded on the 60, rear 14b Detroit works great for being older than I am :D

Looking good.  Is there any bracing on the bump cans?

Will be shopping for sway bars soon. Liquid Iron carries some nice stuff.

bump cans and some chassis tubes braces have been left out until rear suspention and sway bar is in

axles centered up and rear suspention full welded.  soon as exhaust is back in, should be ready for rip around #3 at a good pace

My sway bar has been holding up pretty well. Cant vouch for HighSpeed Driving... my jeep tops out at maybe 35ish.

But lots of flex when crawling and lots of flop and roll action since installation.

Good potential issue that got brought up in my pirate thread. Seems to have happened on a bunch Of rigs with fans blowing on fuel cells. Cell ends up acting as a heat sink and in turn boils fuel under vacuum at fuel pump inlet. Cavitation ruins pumps after awhile.

Run it and see if it is a problem.  Probably won't be until the dead of summer.  Or just make a heat shield now.

Chief of not learning from others' mistakes but getting lucky about things anyway.
