Fuel pressure gauge confirmed it's a fuel delivery issue. Filter was cleaned several times yesterday and it was good after each.

Tank needs to be drained and cleaned.

Friday night I took everything off from the rail back and blew it out.  Found random stuff in the filter, dirt metal shavings.  I know we checked all this in VA at time of original issue, don't get it...  But happy it's running again anyways.

Way back with the first cell I had that the foam melted the filter would plug and it would die and that was it, funny how different the symptoms were.
