It ignites and shuts off immediately and the flame sense light isn't coming on. If I disconnect it, it lights for 2-3 seconds instead of half a second.

This makes sense that it’s related to flame sensor, based on my limited knowledge of these.

I assume you know to clean the flame sensor with high grit sand paper or scotch brite

I tried a finger wipe. Didn’t seem dirty. It’s way back from the flame front, seems like it shouldn’t ever really soot up. I suppose I should remove and look more closely.

I have to clean my flame sense every fall because it causes my furnace to short cycle on for 2 min then just as it starts producing heat shuts off. I use a dollar bill to clean works for the rest of the time heat is on.

Cleaning more didn’t work.
Didn’t want to light at all after that.

Finally moved more than one bundle of wood inside.

Moving it onto a pallet is pretty nice. Forklift doesn’t fit inside though.

Fire safety upgrade. $10ea on FBM. All appear complete. Little one is a factory sealed foam fill fully charged.

One water can is fully charged. Those are going in the house right away. I’ll play with the rest and probably get real foam for them to make legit AB extinguishers of them and keep for hauler/pits/fuel stations.

Second fucked up shipment I’ve had this month. The other was ups and it ended up returned to sender.

This is the flame sensor. Nice to be burning propane now that it got cold

that part is still on the same mail route, bouncing back and forth.

Melt water here is no joke. Pond was up 2.5" yesterday and another 2.5" today, with about 2" of snow pack melting. Probably gain another 2" today with near an inch of rain forecast. Will be very near outflow level. Impressively quick. Water is just flowing in from the edge of the field and from my entire yard.
