2 new vent windows and 2 rear windows installed.

1/2 rack of ribs on the shop grill killed progress earlier tonight lol

all door latches freed up and windows work, door lock key works.  first real shop lot test drive now that it has a gas pedal and shift lever in cab.

all under hood and under dash wiring tied up and good to go minus mounting the E250 cluster behind the glove box.

this thing rips.  suprised its less HP than chevy.  must not have moron trans protector tune like the Chevy has.  super fun to drive.  suspected limp issue i think is not there.  it runs right up shifts hard and has a pretty comfortable ride.

has a dead petal issue that's intermittent.  hard accell is fine but when cruising it goes to 15% throttle command via OBD read for a second or two then kicks back to correct.  no other issues, doesn't misfire or sound weird just like its electronically governing throttle input.

Have an old analog DVM? Or hook the pedal up to an oscilloscope, I bet you've got those at work. Look for smooth sweep or see if you can get it to hang or go dead anywhere. Just like trying to troubleshoot your damn APPS on the 24v.
