it looks like MV-353 is issued by the DMV to the current owner only. My reading shows MV-51 is what you need.

I always take a DTF-802, which you have to fill out anyway, and get a seller signature right on it with sale price.

sweet unit aquired,  52 Chevy 4400 hydro flat dump.  has a lot of character!   hood and driver door seized.  steers and rolls!

van was dead, battery on charge.

pulled 2 garbage cans full of mouse house out of interior of 4400

lower bench seat tossed, driver door freed up.

cant get hood to open, dont see a vin tag with flash light.  soaked with oil but probably gona get the plasma cutter next attempt

VIN plate should be between driver door hinges

there is a chevy plate but it only has the GVW between the door hinges

i guess ill have to look at it again, but there was no serial number i could see after looking at it for a minute or two. 

11000 GVW and 81.5 net HP



has part of a 1973 inspection sticker left on it

Should be the same plate. Stamping may be less than great.

lined up.  not sure worth saving floor and fire wall.  considering just starting with the chassis, and running the motor/trans stand alone like a buggy. 

started pulling off savable items from the van.  still left it mobile.
