maybe you mean 3/8" bolts not 5/16"  not sure why they would be there, LS all metric.  maybe they get cross threaded in from the Gen2.

why are you using different O2s that what you had?  did you end up changing the entire harness?

you will def need to have john hook up to it, it was difficult to move mine in and out of the shop to the lift bay with old tune after close loop.  100$ to license his software to your VIN.

having a second seat in your car will help a lot.  also.

did you get it running yet?

I don't think I have room to stuff a second one of those anywhere. I'll probably use the one I got from you under the seat for now, and make room for either a PC1100 or g34/78 in that location later.

OBD serial data is a dark green pin58 on the blue connector, i think the only dark green wire.

yes, I will. thanks.

haven't found my OBD connector that I saved for this purpose yet. I have an idea where to look but didn't find when going for battery cable that it turns out I don't have stashed.

OMW out for parts as soon as I write a list. bleh.

I'm also being driven nuts by 2' of extra engine harness on the passenger side. that may get culled.

wiring fully planned and 80ish% executed. need to bus my relay box, run 2ga to the winch and protect the starter lead from heat. Need more ring terminals to finish the independent circuits, and tack on some mounting brackets for the relay and fuse blocks.

i think I have deleted every scotch lock. If not, close. Some of the early ones were pretty rotten... Honestly not as bad as I expected - I should have known better since none had yet failed.

OBD comm line and MIL wire were already pulled out of the loom and taped off, thank you. Those items should both be operational.

didn't touch tcase alignment yet. Once wiring is done, and a battery is semi secured, that's and air in 2 tires is all it should need to drive.

Just remembered I need to go fetch shifter parts from Batavia. I'd forgotten about that since I picked up the trans. Shit. Definitely needed if floors are going back in to do any racing or wheeling.

runs. no electrical faults identified. check engine light appears inop, unknown why.

FUCK, I didn't grab the wideband when I was at the shop. Saving that money was hereby a waste!

To tune, needs:
Joe's oil and filters changed (bringing to Shortsville)
wideband o2 installed
obd2 port verified
engine mount nuts installed
tcase aligned, 2 ujoints connected.
2 tires aired up.
siren secured.
battery secured.
mounting bar, seats, belts

to wheel, additionally:
link bolts and jam nuts checked
trans vent, ps vent
front shaft installed
speedo port in trans plugged permanently
zip tie check
lengthen 2 radio wires to get to battery so they're not in the way
floor installed

to race, additionally:
fetch shifter parts from Batavia during business hours
siren mounted & powered
shock and bump pressures set
tools collected & stowed
shifters connected
floor panel behind air box
battery box of sorts
at least 1 of 2 new tires mounted
tins & hood
rear link bushings, ideally, but I'm out of stock. need 2+, have 2 tops.
