Came across this... Idk if that's a ridiculous price or if you were even shooting to go that built.

Perfect, except the too low gearing...

I'm shooting for 410, maybe 456....

I think I'm going to work on some cut down j20 axles
I never wanted a red car.. always thought they were tacky and common...
I now have 4 very not common cars and they are all red.. :o

Six shooter knuckles also and you have a pretty indestructible set up.

I have a set of mini truck Toyota axles. 4.10 gears open diffs. 3 third members. They are complete minus shafts.

Trade for parts. :))

With a little weight distribution I wouldn't feel too bad about it. That's no doubt a lot of trailer for a WK2 though.

got this guy fired today...
little fresh gas and a new gas line.. the motor roared to life...

swapped a new set of 31's on original slotted mags and took her out for a spin with no brakes...

its amazing.. the jeep hauls major ass... I was actually surprised how much bottom end torque the little 304 has...
the Tcase is still stuck in 4WD so sliding around the parking lot today was fun in the slush..

Jeep might be a little worse than first expected... the mint condition of the top gives the eye a false sense of cleanliness.
Frame is tweeked in the back and has some major rust scale all over..
calling the wires a rats nest would be kind..
the body is questionable... might be able to work with it.. i have a line on NOS CJ6 sheet metal.
top is mint with the exception of the back door... but im still researching that.. seems it was a rare option to have a "vertical rear door"

want to get the jeep at least able to start, stop and at best a new Y pipe and muffler.. (starter is sticking)
I never wanted a red car.. always thought they were tacky and common...

Wait.  What's the seam between the door and the rear wheel?  Is that suppose to be there?  I thought they were made solid firewall-to-tailgate...
