I did the full firewall where engine heat would migrate...
rated at 1100* direct heat..
valve cover no longer an issue with stock profile units.. also set the body high enough I have room to run a fuel line :)
I never wanted a red car.. always thought they were tacky and common...
I now have 4 very not common cars and they are all red.. :o

punch list:

Ebrake pedal mount/mock
Drill E brake cable hole
Speedo cable hole
Steering shaft (shock mount interference)
Fuse block mount and drill hole
Brake lines to prop valve
Brake MC Linkage pin
Fuel lines (hard to rubber/TBI)

Column and steering shaft mounted...
both upper and lower U joint turning nicely with no bind..
the Borgeson shaft is really a nice unit.. Steering feels tight and no play in wheel.

had to remove the inner side of the shock mount for good clearance..
cut the stud right behind the upper shock mount and removed the inner upright brace.
need to grind down rough cut edge and re coat with zinc.
no apparent issue at right height and slight suspension movement..
wont be able to test full frame flex just yet, but from pictures I have seen of others I should be good.

need to start identifying systems and make punch lists as such...
too many loose ends can happen otherwise...

Want to fully button up cooling system this week..
-Shroud
-Rad hoses
-engine hoses to bulkhead

Need to test fit fenders before sending to paint
