Door sill plate installed.  B pillar support added.  Door shuts nice and solid now.
On to the drivers door...

Working through the boring stuff.  Custom fitted radiator hoses (i hate the look of the universal ones) and Serp belt.  MAF sensor fitted to air filter and 102MM intake.
Also prepped the factory engine/tranny harness, removed all non used PCM pins/wires. Labeled and ready for layout and hand wrap tape.  Almost ready for final tear down.

I attached my most recent PCM Pinout.  This is one I made for the 2003-2007 Vans with 6.0 / 4L80e DBC that I primarily use.

Success!  Was able to get the broken extractor out.  It was a Matco, but i wasnt nice to it either..   Drilled out the rest of the bolt and tapped.

Throttle pedal fab and cable install done.   Scored a NOS 10.5 tablet in white to match my color scheme.   Took 2 hours to load all the updates..  But got it loaded with Torque app and ready for final dash GUI config.
Working on O2 sensors bungs next.  Then I think I'm ready to pop the body off.

Done.  3" at the front.  3.5" at the rear.  Gives the car good ground clearance and the perfect amount of rake.  I like it. 8)
