I bet I could make dual adaptors on the front axle. 4 ag tires and something extra wide on the steers probably could support it without sinking when it's wet out. and with a dana 60, it could get a locker or limited slip or something. selectable locker or adjustable LSD probably the way to go for the application.

if it were 4x4 that would really be baller. Don't think that'd be an easy swap (nor worth it?) but being fully hydraulic it could be done. There was a factory 2 stage snowthrower setup too - and a cab that fit the ROPS.

I'll probably talk to him and throw a lowball, something along the lines of what I ought to have into the forklift it may be worth playing with.

did some searching on propane parts.
I think what my Clark has is an old style where the vaporizer and regulator are separate.
The newer impco style just combines it all.
I may be able to bypass what's on there and tie into another coolant line and swap on the impco style. hope the pressure is right for the mixer that's on there - but it should just be a throttle, really, right?

I couldn't find parts anywhere online that would repair that regulator, found one that looked similar for over $500. Haven't talked to a shop yet, but I think I can replace what's broken for under a hundred bucks new, such as https://store.intellaliftparts.com/p/jb-g.html?gclid=CjwKCAjw5Ij2BRBdEiwA0Frc9a9dYN4jOdtXiOKkvSlWx_hMuT1inbW40JtddjZd-sdnHne_jd_9EhoCuxYQAvD_BwE

I forgot to look what propane parts i have.

looks like
M100 is the mixer we use on jeeps (you need to add a butterfly or use existing)
VFF30 is the regulator

V8's used bigger stuff.

though- there were always 3 or 4 forklifts at J&J wonder if you could rob some parts for pretty close to free

$4/33gal bag at Bloomfield/Bristol transfer station. Figuring on 2 bags/week, that's $96/quarter. WM pickup service here is about $105/quarter. So I'm setting up trash service. I don't feel like burning cardboard and making special trips only on Saturdays.

Mine is free for residents. Trailer loads or bags, doesn't matter. Reason #8475786 why Utah is better than NY.  ;D

Mine is basically included with county taxes - trash and recycling once a week with those huge trash bins on wheels.
