Saw a shit ton of fish with good sun angle yesterday afternoon.

Looks like it costs me $25 to the state to legally take any of them

After I plant a garden I could make a case...

> NYS-resident owners, lessees and members of
> their immediate families occupying and
> cultivating farm lands, when fishing on their
> own lands.

I couldn't believe it so I had to check with my own eyes... damn! you cant even fish or hunt without license on your own land in NY.   NY really does tax everything.  Licenses are taxation.

BTW, you're missing the word "primarily engaged" in your quote.

A resident landowner primarily engaged in farming (including lessees and members of their immediate families) when fishing on farm lands they are occupying and cultivating.  https://www.dec.ny.gov/permits/6091.html

That “primarily “ Wasn’t in the text I found, which was secondary source. Wow.

Looked at shower doors today. I’m shocked.  I hate shower curtains, but $250-500+? Damn

Is there a habitat restore store near you?   Shower doors are a popular takeoff in remodels.

There are a couple places downtown Rochester that I can think of. Wonder if there’s something in Canandaigua that I don’t know of

There is one in canandaigua but it is only household stuff not much building materials.  I think the henrietta one by dmv may have more but not sure.

discovered missing parts in both upstairs bathroom sink stoppers. whole drain stopper mechanism gone from the secondary bath, causing a leak under the sink from the drain. Have the parts, tagged out for now 🙄
Should be a 10 minute job as long as the trap comes apart. I think it's all threaded relatively recent PVC, so it should.

hilarity:

town assessor called me back this morning about getting things adjusted, he questioned the second appraisal (which I supplied to him) as reusing some of the photos from the listing. I told him about my first appraisal being stood up and having to make a second trip, so he asked who the broker was. He knew Marty McMillan right away and understood. Had no commentary 😂

Broken microwave and dumb wagon wheel chandelier left the curb in under 24hr. Broken stinky dishwasher took 36hr.
