I just want something I can connect to the 3/8" tank draw line....

I suppose I could throw a draw straw down the filler neck and get most of it

Pulled the tin off one of the flares so they'd nest. That pallet is ready to ship. Nothing else done tonight. Still have to pull injectors and pack up the big turbo.

No new parts sales. I'm okay with that, it's good to be close to caught up.

It's going via Forward Air, terminal to terminal. They generally do quite well for me, I've not shopped around in years.

I suppose I should have known you have other options :)

i pumped 14gals of fuel out of the 2.0 yesterday.

pulled the core on the fuel rail service shreader port, pushed a hose over it, popped the cover off the fuel pump relay, leaned a screw driver against the contactor and walked away haha

Hey, that's cheating!  Brilliant, but cheating! 8)

Now I'll have to be far more ignorant/forgetful to get a mouth full of gasoline! :-\

There's dana 80 interest from central PA.  This may be a pile of parts in a trailer and a scrap run sooner than I'd otherwise think.

same guy was asking about bumper and front clip.

that'd leave engine and driveline parts, xfer tank, doors, interior parts, cooler stack, front axle, a couple wheels, and not really much else.

Pulling the tranny and the head are the next big things. I'm betting on broken rings and deeply scored walls so the block may stay with the truck. I'll have to see if it's worth the price difference for diesel/cast versus just the shearing scrap value of the rest of the truck.

I don't know why I thought soft parts gaming off a skid would be okay for LTL but this wasn't accepted

So I got to whip up a crate yesterday morning. Annoying.

Next time.

I threw that together in 2 hrs from scrap. NBD

Deposit on rear axle. Time to execute on full teardown. Boo RCQ scheduling.
