i'll hold on the order. we can discuss tonight

try these guys for a quote
http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/axles-tires-wheels/1113029-twf-interco-tire-sales.html

we were ordering the h1s from them. i bet shipping would hardly be more than the $250 we were already paying for wheels.

im kinda not pleased paying $250 for a single spare tire. i would be fine bailing on the whole thing/ postponing indefinitely.

can procure some non mating spare another place

My Dad is near this guy  http://tampa.craigslist.org/pnl/pts/3530044558.html

He is driving back with an empty pick up this weekend or next week. If you guys want to set something up with the guy I can have my Dad stop and pick up the wheels, tires.

Smike,

Do you have these inserts in your h1s like the ones i got from troy?
i spent 2 hours yesterday trying to get ONE into a tire. the bead on these Military MTs wants to be 5" apart. they are so stiff the piece of pipe does not want to fit between them. then getting it expanded once inside is impossible

need advice....

i think these are the SR35 pipe. they are the ones you guys cut with the keys that fit back together once inside the tire.

If they've been stacked and collapsed, we will usually put a tube inside or wedge wood blocks then let the tire sit in the sun or near a stove to warm up.
