Check engine light
Shifter bushings
Desticker
Head liner
Tailgate latch
Fix front of bed
Bed liner? Quickie respray? Have herculiner kit; paint ruined and light rust probably from former drop in liner.
Straighten & paint rear bumper
Refresh faded plastic fender flares, bumpers cowl
Buff black specks out of white paint
polish headlights
trim damaged carpet, add floor mats

forgot the bed pic.

those lunch containers had been in the VA sun for long enough that I almost threw up. I like to think I've got a strong stomach but I had to swallow. It wanted out.

Depending on the price and if I were able to fit in it, I might be interested in buying it.

Looks like I forgot to mention you won't fit.

Attacked remaining sticker residue tonight. The red was way more work than the white off the last truck. Almost buffer-ready. Tailgate was down and I have a bit more to do there.

Was going to pull codes an the OBD2 connector seems to be snapped off. Parts car is a little old for a donor...

Nope, all good. It's something else that looks funny, OBD is preset just tucked way under.

Thought it was dead and replace blown map light fuse to make it live. Cleared a cam position sensor code and it didn't come back. After a restart and trip down my street. Needs battery terminals or cables or something, and maybe a battery. Neg cable terminal for certain...

Tailgate handle fixed.

TJ hard top wiper switch figured out.

Neighbor's housewarming/birthday party if I don't go to Rausch too - but I'm bringing a car to Ithaca Friday night so Rausch sounds good.

Pulled the bed tonight to fix the front panel. Wasnt enough room to do an acceptable job otherwise. Got it straightish, ground off the ripped out spot welds, killed the rust. Will weld it up tomorrow after rust killer is dry.

It boggles my mind how clean southern trucks are overall.

Hopefully get the bed back on tomorrow and do the first coat of herculiner. Oh, gotta paint the rear bumper too. Pisses me off, I must have used the can of paint I was looking for on something else; no "trim gray" around - gotta get one. Then a buff job and interior detail are about all that's needed for a sign in the window.

I hosed and scrubbed it Sunday and it looks MUCH better without the black flecks.

Still can't upload attachments from ttak. Must remember to look at that.

Fuck ridiculous amounts of other shit going on and getting in my way. Would be nice if I can roll this puppy on tomorrow. It's too late to get It done tonight, but prep should be done.

I seem to be able to find motivation for things that fit in the garage. Clearly a bigger garage is my long-term fix, then.

Oh, acetone took off the remaining adhesive lickety split once this stuff softened it up. easy method for future use.

Took about 2.5hr to roll on 2 coats and remove masking. I have maybe a pint left for touch up and tailgate filler panel.

Attachments are working - yay
