New ride.  6-speed, 100k.  New upper & lower control arms, tie rods, struts, front wheel bearings, cv shafts, front rotors, sway bar links, clutch, pilot and release bearing, MBRP cat back (sounds like shit lol).

That's NY.  I've replaced all those same parts on my 06.  Its cheaper to replace the entire control arms then just ball joints.

Frame is typical, new front end parts, body is much better.  It just has one small spot starting above the driver rear wheel well.

Took the day off to check this thing out since its going to be real cold tomorrow.  Straightened out the brush guard with some come-a-long action.  Refastened both front inner-fenders that were just sitting in there, missing all fasteners.  New marker light bulb.  Checked all fluids, all full and clean.  Ordered rear shocks, they are seriously rusty and a exhaust hanger that is broke.  Inspection Wednesday, should be good to go.  Ordered new radio, speakers, and a powered subwoofer.

Installed radio and door speakers.  I sprung for the extra $27 to have Crutchfield solder the wiring kit together.  That was well worth it, installed in less than 10 minutes.  The exhaust sounds great but the drone is horrible.  I can fit a short resonator in the tailpipe section, going to try that before replacement.  Headlights suck, I should swap headlights with my old Frontier.  Sweet ride, loving having a standard DD again!

New rear shocks.  New gas tank straps.  New belt, tensioner, pulley.  Front diff, rear diff and tcase fluids changed.  New plugs, which requires removal of intake manifold.  Should be good for another 100k!

Strong fuel smell in intake manifold.  Is that normal?

I mean in the upper piece where the throttle body is.  I had to open the windows.  With all the air that runs through the I didn’t expect it to smell that bad.  I suppose that is still where the fuel is lol.
