just caught my search eye because its located within walking distance.  probably the tire shop, or the machine shop down the road.

machinery next to it has a clue... CP Ward.

Looks to be a construction company.

That reminds me of an auction that my biz was looking at.

One lot of several pallets had hundreds of toners at a university. Listing said all *should* be new, but did not 100% claim it was all 100% new.  Listing also said most were genuine HP toners (retail value $150-250ea easy).  Listing strongly encouraged on site inspection before conclusion of auction.  Sold as-is, must prepay before pickup.  The university was like 30 minutes away, so I decided to go and check.  I'm glad I did!  It was 80% new remanufs and the new genuine were all open boxes.  The auction sold for like $10k.    Whoever bought it is totally HOSED!

It was a clusterfuck. They were so poor with their descriptions.

if its anything like how are building is going, the people running the auctions look at it as a pree garbage service- the more that goes the less they deal with regardless of value.

anyone try to go to one of these?  has to be a shit show.  last one had 95~ cars up for auction

they only let the first 40 people in.  cash only on site, 30 minutes to do exterior inspection only, probably no keys either
