Need Jeep 4.0L straight six for 2001 Grand

Guy I work with need a 4.0L straight six for his grand.  Anyone got one laying around they want to sell cheap.

tell him not worth parts cost labor hassel, get another 15 year old jeep for half the hassel.

4.0 for a Grand needs to come from really new stuff.

99+ Grand, 00+ XJ 01+ TJ if I recall right. Unless it's 00+ TJ 01+ XJ.

99-04 WJ and 00-2006 TJ, Block casting numbers 53010327 AB and 53010328 AB. Can't use XJ blocks in WJs ,accessory and engine mounts are different.

00 and 01 XJs they did, so technically they could but used. But like I said, engine mounts and accessories are different so it would be a whole lot of other work that would need to be done.
