'runs and drives' but there is a not-terribly-small laundry list for the spring.

Battery cables hooked up, a shot of ether, and this machine drove off the back porch.  Brakes feel pretty good and the parking brake works.

Put the correct belt on it and drove it around the yard about 10 times.  Hit second gear down the driveway.  So tempted to take it out on the road...  :o

Runs like a champ at half choke.  Carb kit ordered.  Been running it around the yard almost every day.  Replaced vacuum lines and the two speed rear works, vacuum wipers not so much.  Need to pull wiper motor out and send for rebuild.

Ordered a few things from LMC Truck and Amazon.  Chipping away at the list.

Pulled this out of the garage to get the mower out. Went to start it to move it back in and the flywheel ring gear broke and jammed somewhere. Couldn't even push/roll start it. I guess it was just a matter of time...  :(

Hoses and t-stat installed, fluids refilled, fired. Then had to clean up all the oil that pumped out because I forgot to reinstall the oil line for the oil pressure gauge. No other leaks. That was Sept 30.

Finished installing new 16 gal fuel tank today

Mark, I just bought a 54' 6500 Chevy w/ 14' grain box and a 235 loadmaster in it.  We will have to compare sometime.
