i found the problem today while fueling.... its not the frame or the rear end....  passengerside control arms have 1/4" in all bushings....

I'm sure that doesn't help... Wonder why front out of line would be different than rear out of line dynamically speaking though. I'll have to think about that.

looking at it, the weight of the truck is pushing the passenger side forward when crusing, when braking the passenger side gets pushed back-  pulls to the left crusing, and goes straight / a little to the right when braking...

updated:

Just finished repairs and cleaned up the paint and bedline this week.  truck is looking pretty good.  she has 181K on the clock and pulls great.  has a Juice with edge monitor, straight back 5" (?) exhaust.  the truck has a rebuilt NY title which occurred before i owned the truck.  No DMV issues as it is re certified rebuilt.   Driver seat has the "rip"  I have two low tread matching BFGs that are on matching alloy wheels.  tire size is 285 75 R16 Erated.

replaced in last 6 months:
ALL tie rod parts / ends
ALL ball joints
passenger side upper and lower control arms
sway bar links
All brakes (4 wheel disk, and ebrake shoes) brake hardware
Clutch
driver caliper / bracket
Front Ujoint (one side changed now, the other about 2 years ago)
Lift pump (have a spare, and one new in box)
overflow valve
im sure im forgetting more

All fluid changes in trans and case have been done.  Diffs should be serviced soon, and front drive shaft CV probably needs rebuilding soon.  Ebrake splitter not present, but new, free cables installed.  All the typical Dodge rot has been cut out and new steel welded in.  It has its dings and scratches here and there but it is a nice looking truck for age and year.  The headlights plain suck on this thing, need replacement, polish, adjustment or upgrade.  All electrical works, other than a radio light is blown, and the cargo light has never worked.

BW goose hitch installed at 140K.  i pull a 10K enclosed goose with it regularly.  last 3 rausch trips no issues cruse set to 70.

Gets 20mpg on highway empty, about 14mpg pulling a typical jeep on an open 7k trailer, and about 11 pulling my huge air dam of a box trailer.  These are my real numbers no bs implied or intended.

Asking $9500 as is.
Can included 225 19.5's for another 1K$ if interested.
