found one of the seat springs broken.  wiggled other side and it broke right off too.   

pure material failure and design flaw.  no rust.  spring encapsulated in rubber.  136hrs? on machine.

One of the helicoils fought me a skosh but this is all buttoned up. Needs final bleed and the tire thrown on, and an oil change.

The tie rod that failed its inspection is a barely detectable click. Poor tire balance has a slight shake at 60-68 (more poor luck with balancing beads on small/light tires!) and they blamed the tie rod.

Not sure if I’m feeling the ambition to try out my alignment hardware for the first time for real.

greased, tires aired up, some zip ties and brake line issues tidied up.
2nd 25amp fuse blown in rad relay.
put an OEM 30 amp in.  (pulls 17amps constant)

rad fan pulled and cooler stack blown out, she was full of dust. 

I also think my rad fan blades are on backwards?  need to look at that again some time when i care more.  nothing 9" brushless readily available.  id like quieter and more air.
