Well after 4 years of trouble free driving the Apache PS rack and pinion finally popped all the seals.  I knew I was running more pressure than I should but it worked for 4 years  ::).    Ordered a new rack rather than rebuild.  And guess I have to reduce the pump pressure back down.

PS pump set to 1000 PSI.

4 years of driving on these tires and they still look good for a tape measure alignment on air bagged suspension.

New rack and pinion is almost 1 inch too short tie rod to tie rod.  Even though the specs are listed the same. I had to find longer tie rod ends.  They also changed the lock to lock to 2.5 from 3 and upped the rated pressure to 1200 psi. Mabye it's a supplier vs supplier thing.   >:(

Back together and alignment done. Upgraded the tie rod ends to Moog units.  Put the pump pressure to 1200 psi to match the rated rack.  Rack feels more powerful.  Bonus.    Oil change next.
