Its finr, the problem has been determined and will be fixed. Its a pinion nut issue, I can see on the u-joint where it has been hitting the joint. Remedy is underway. U-bolt fitment will also be checked.  :'(

Drive flanges ordered, HD edition  ;D

Bearings and seal available for pick up at Nu-Way this afternoon.

Working on finding a new pinion nut and yoke.

Have something similar for my geo-pump in the house.  Went from 125A locked-rotor start-up to about 45A!  PTO genny starts and runs it without issue now!

Changed the water pump, tensioner pulley and belt on the Dodge last night. No more squeaky noises.

The water pump is very small, I was surprised.
