the 2" and the 1.75 refer to the diameter of the tube correct?

I never wanted a red car.. always thought they were tacky and common...
I now have 4 very not common cars and they are all red..

so 2" x .25" wall is 2" OD and 1.5" ID

multiply the wall thickness by 2 then subtract that from the OD and you get the ID
