1.75 X 120 Wall DOM 

the 2" and the 1.75 refer to the diameter of the tube correct?

yeah, the OD

so 2" x .25" wall is 2" OD and 1.5" ID

multiply the wall thickness by 2 then subtract that from the OD and you get the ID
