Have you checked with EMJ? May be worth an RFQ. I hadn't had them turn up on a search locally before. Was just grabbing Rochester Surplus' number from maps and they came up.

Big national supplier, when my dad worked for National Can, I think EMJ was their main aluminum materials supplier.

I could use some 1.5" .120" wall if your are ordering for a buggy project or somethign soon. Maybe some 1.25" as well.

Link material should be in stock at surplus? 1.5"square .250 wall.
