im not understanding the pictures of 1 vs 5.  They may give you a speedy sleeve type thing to press onto the pinion yoke/flange to make a new seal surface incase your worn seal has made a groove in the pinion yoke/flange seal suface?

in your picture of you can pull the item on the top left apart into 2 pieces, then yes.  one pounds on to the yoke, the other pounds into the housing.   not messing with the crush sleeve (requires entire axle disassembly)

Trip to Galeton PA, 500 miles, many miles of dirt roads travelled, no repeat of the noise ::)

Cruise still 1/5 lol

I got this battery monitor for the camper.  I like it, simple, uses a CT instead of a shunt.  Never saw lower than 80%, good to know.

My neighbor had a brand new Capri truck camper fully loaded.  Blue, dark grey, blue on a blue 2500 CCLB duramax.  Very nice!

Any idea on the accuracy of that 80%?

My eco-worthy batteries are laughably optimistic on their internal BMS. They show draw and charge amperage that matches all other measures, but the % they give has to be capacity not charge level. I thought they showed 30% when I first bought them but they’ve showed 97% since first charge even down to 13.0v

The renogy shunt monitor I have, I set to label capacity, and I let them run down to 10% by that measure. The Victron charger then said it put in 455ah on 450ah capacity. Seems close enough but still not right on.

I’m sure this is decent for conceptual but what I’ve seen just makes me curious on it’s actual accuracy

Its >99% accurate ;D.  I have no idea.  You enter the battery capacity and it takes it from there.  The volts and amps are accurate, I checked those.

No, finditparts.com.  It's the only one I could find in stock.

I did just find another vendor and confirmed it includes all 5 parts.

Several hundred miles without that weird grinding noise, must have been something stuck somewhere.

New CB- President Bill 2.  Its about the size of a 1st gen iPod.  First CB I've owned that actually works.

New water pump for the camper.  Its submersible and hardly makes any noise.

Old one is typical RV pump, sounds like a jack hammer, its available if anyone wants it.

Moved the rear roof rack forward to fit the kayaks better.  It's much easier to secure now, should have done that last year.

Put an E-fan in the Ram- Flex-A-Lite kit.  The mech fan has been stuck on probably since I've owned it.   Fan was easy bolt in install.  I had to get an extra bracket as 03-04 Rams have a different coolant reservoir and windshield washer tank.  It wasn't even close as it came.  I had to trim it in 2 places and drill 2 holes to make it work.  Took my time and it turned out still pretty factory looking.  The controller has a probe to stick in the rad and comes on at 60% power and turns up to 100% at +10 degrees over temp setting.  All kinds of room to work on front engine things now shall I need to.  Hopefully gain a bit of power.

Heading to Lake Placid for the Mountain Bike Down Hill World Cup this weekend and Raystown Lake PA the next.
