at very least, his lease was not renewed by owner, they wanted different use of the space/building. guessing he got locked out? he's been dealing with his mom full time. that's about all I know, not sure more should be shared publicly even if known... whatever it is, not an ideal situation by any stretch

I asked Erik if he’d heard back:

I did. The boss texted me and asked me to make an offer. I explained i had no idea what he was selling and the conditions of the vehicles and parts due to poor photos and little to no info. He offered to meet on-site for me to inspect. And also stayed titles are on the way. I slept on it and ultimately lost interest mostly due to the awkward situation
