need more fire!  hard to get a video its so bright when really ripping.  the flame pot goes pretty rich when you open the stove door also in this case.

last night had this thing running as hot as possible with the hardware i have,

blower on full power, oil as fast as will drain though my current 3/8" feed line

it was 20 degrees outside, got the barn to 34 in 2 hours.  still need more fire.  thinking of moving to oil/air injection with a legit burner next.

Do you think more surface area would give more fire, for instance if your using a 8" diameter bowl a 12" bowl would burn more

i tried a larger cast iron pan and it didnt work very well, can get hot enough with sides only being 2" tall.

the current thin stainless steel wine bucket im useing seems to light super easy and really gets ripping.  i just need like 3x of what it produces.

a tall oval bucket maybe with some internal fins is what im gona try next time.

tarp wall really gave a massive improvement.  almost tee shirt working weather!

another solid 8hr burn today-  was up to 58 degrees at the lift post and 49 all the way at the tarp wall away from the stove.

thats awesome.  33 degrees out side.  25 degree for free im happy.

have about 20% of the roof more to insulate to go.

yes!

Sweet that the tarp made such a difference. I’d hoped It would but wasn’t betting strong on it

perfect size folded in half for a double thick door on bottom section.  i didn't even cut it.  used 3 other smaller tarps for the top part, and strung two winch cables tight between the truss ends.  got some tarp end things with carbiners in hopes for a shower curtain style door, but got impatient with late amazon delivery so used beam clamps i had today.

man if this winter keeps holding at 25-30F  i am super happy with this guy still.

found another spot im loosing a lof of heat at the peak on tool side end.  need to cut a piece of insulation for that, i bet its going right up there over the furnace and out the big roof vent!

im thinking with about 2 more hours of work i could really seal it up a lot more to get past the 30 degrees over outside mark where i am now.

How’s the temp in shop this past weekend and tonight?
I never wanted a red car.. always thought they were tacky and common...
I now have 4 very not common cars and they are all red.. :o
