i was gona start with the small shop vac. i did read they really arent 100$ duty rated.  if the end solution is noisy, i can just put it down stairs.  i have a few marine inline blowers that are DC and much cheaper to control speed also.   I might even have an extra air pumper from the brolite somewhere.

120v mattress pump might do it.  i have only used the junk 12v ones

I had considered the marine blower, but hacked a computer psu and got the highest cfm computer fan they make, problem was trying to cram a 4" fan down a 1 1/4" pipe, there was too much back pressure and no matter if the fan was on low or high same amount of air traveled through, whereas a shopvac or mattress pump force air no matter the size of you air intake

squirrel cage blower from auto HVAC could be plumbed too if 12v is on the table, or a household furnace blower for 120v.

pot size and shape isnt really important ,heat is, are you having problems just igniting or continued burn?

had this thing ripping for about an hour pretty good with a new pot style.  it appears the variable speed drive has killed my bounce house blower.  sad face!
