almost all of our leases are triple net..

I never wanted a red car.. always thought they were tacky and common...
I now have 4 very not common cars and they are all red.. :o

yes - the rent, property taxes, and building insurance, thus the triple net.

When I was renting a warehouse for my company, I refused to do triple net.

that place is / was up for sale for a long time for $500k or 450k

don't think its the best neighborhood, could be worse never actually went to look at it
