best way to get the packed mud out is to A) never let it dry in the first place and B ) put a garden hose in one end and just water the lawn through the frame rail for a day... each.
C) don't park the Jeep in mud up to the floor

i might have mis read, but gona need more than 20$ for a new in box gas power washer.  might already be spoken for anyway.

$20 was humorous. Not sure who had it. If someone gets it before me, that's business. I did mention it previously in the thread so it might be me you're thinking of...
