Brett's "Garage Sale" - yard equipment and then some.
« on: April 21, 2016, 09:40:31 AM »
Poulan riding lawn mower. 42" iirc and Briggs & Stratton 14.5HP I/C with spin on oil filter, hydromatic trans. New deck belt (upgraded from 1/2" to 5/8" Kevlar) and new "Gator" blades last fall. I changed the oil and oil filter ~1 month ago. It's currently set up to mulch (side discharge capped). It need new drive belt. I have new drive belt to go with it if I haven't get around to replace it before it get sold. Starts every time even it fired right up without recharging the battery after sitting in my storage unit all winter. $250

Cub Cadet self propelled (rear wheels) 21" push mower with Kawasaki engine. Runs good but need some carb work to stop the gas from filling up in the combustion chamber. I installed a fuel valve on it as a quick fix. Need new blade adapter but I still use it sometime as-is. $75

Toro push mower self propelled 21"(?) with cast aluninum deck. Windowed engine block. Needs engine. $50

Yard machine 21" push mower. Nothing fancy. Ready to mow. $40

I have a junky push mower with big rear wheels I picked up off side of road. It just won't quit running. I used it as a bush mower/hog. $20
SOLD, thanks Aaron

Maytag top load washer. It's older than me and built like a tank. Need 2 strong men to move it especially if going up/down stairs. I bought it when my other washer broke. No longer needed. $40

55 gallon barrels. $5 each or make offer if buying more than 1.

All are OBO.

I'll add/edit more to the list soon.

In my experience push mowers are worth minimum 80 when running. Ive picked a bunch off the side of the road and sold for 80-120 on CL.

I know, right? 2 was found on side of the road, 2 was given to me. All was in summer of 2015. I'm mostly done with deforest at my new place so I don't need them as much now. (Nice to have spare parts/back up)

In the 55 gallon drums do you have any that have the bolt clamp top?  My neighbor is looking for two of them

I have one you described. All others are either steel or plastic regular barrels.

I just put gas in it and it started on first pull!!!! FYI it leaks gas when not running and the deck is rotten but still functional

I'll like to trade for a tiller. I'll pay cash for the difference if needed.
