sure, only a few thousand in parts.  stock seats, half a cage, no winch, no brands listed for most parts.

The truck alone will easily go for $4k here (low rust example, not a rotten body truck).  $1k rebuilt engine. Tires/wheels are $1k minimum.  SAS, gears, axles $1k+ easy.    No way it can be built under $6k, especially when you factor in the time and labor to build it.

I would never pay over 1k for a toyota ever.  I dont understand why anyone would ever rebuild a 22re.  There's 3k in hard parts.   No time or labor factored in, not what you asked for.

Where the hell can you find a nice decent low-rust example for $1k or less?   I have looked here in GA, they are priced like GOLD here unless they are rotten or beaten to shit.   Here's one nice example: http://savannah.craigslist.org/cto/4664296841.html

I can understand what you mean about time/labor not factored in.

I got mine for 600 with easily reparable rust.  That ones from Ohio, no guarantee it isn't a rusty pile underneath that "fresh paint".
