Looking for a little guidance, and some opinions..
My pile is at the dealer getting some nonsense warrantly work, when they noticed the front axle seals are leaking....
Well...I'm assuming the front axle tube, or Inner C is probably tweaked...
I plan on taking it over to Matt's in Darien since he builds custom axles and had a machined bar to look at straightness...
The question is...depending on the results...Do I do the following?
Replace a Inner C and truss? (If only the inner C is tweaked)
Upgrade the housing? Reuse all of my existing components?
or
Commit to this jeep, and pull the trigger on a set of Ton's and Artec trusses and start to build it?
I honestly didn't notice any issues after my trip to Rausch...But Who Knows!!
Step one before I pull it apart is to check the camber and see if there are any differences..I know my caster is out (on purpose) to take some of the angle out of it and keep it out of harms way..
I know a couple of you guys have JK's and I was curious what decisions you have made on upgrades and why...
