thoughts...?
has some time, sandpaper and paint...
was going to do floor liner, or is the contrast appealing?
I happen to galvanize the shifter boot ring, and had solid core aluminum rivets from the Rover laying around..

I never wanted a red car.. always thought they were tacky and common...
I now have 4 very not common cars and they are all red.. :o

I don't mind the blue accent.  Breaks things up a bit.

i think bedliner in that color would look cool.  or throw some filler and sanding on someones weld seems that were suppose to disappear in beadliner  :)

I spent 29 min spraying it...  Wasn't committed or would have done some body work.
Might run it for a bit.  And become lazy and leave it.

started plugging the bolt holes.
Guy at work said use a penny and weld em up..
The copper conducts, but it doesn't stick. (In a lab)
On a shoddy welding bench it burns, or newer pennies are made of magnesium...

Needs more more grinding before filler..

I've used small aluminum blocks before with good results.

Not much Cu in pennies anymore.

97.5% Zn, 2.5% Cu since 1982.
