Missing some plastic tree hardware for re-install.

The parts that are missing, is it something you can pick up at a big box hardware store to re-install? What do you need to get for them....I need a set, but cant swing the green for a new set. Thanks

Alex was telling me that Ma Mopar wants some ungodly cost per clip, I'm sure something else cheaper could be made to work though. I don't remember well enough what style the clips were from ripping his off.
