I would fully expect that would do well as an ag service/welding truck – but 90% of jobs could probably be done at 300% the fuel economy with a normal service truck.

I expect people broken at an offroad park and unable to self recover to be brokedick mouthbreathers who can't get the scratch together to be worth welding their broken XJ back together to drive home to NJ.

really solid phone conversation with an old school enthusiast that claimed to be showing up at 8am with cash and a trailer, even asked to put a deposit on it.

i had not.  my go to search is pre 1960.  the floors look really bad and its out of the price range of a good build for what it is.  id like another chevy or international cab just because what i have learned about them.
