reworked with a sawsall and removed for now lol  will deal with that after its mounted and exhaust fits.....

reworked the LS harness today and made the new trans mount.  changed clocking on tcase for better clearance. 

pushed to storage till headers come in, then i get back on it and get the motor mounted. its hanging by a chain right now in the chassis.

started back on this again today.

motor and trans bolted in final assembly all mounts done and sitting on rubber with Headers bolted up.

exhaust tomorrow is the plan.  then some plumbing, electrical.  should be on the test track this weekend  8)


The amazon exhaust kit is pretty nice for the cost, what a deal.  i dont know how that do that- 16 feet of tubing local is about that cost. bends are 20-60$ a piece, crazy.

exhaust fully done today with O2s
driveshafts serviced and put back in
psc steering pump mounted to LS

finally back in the shop today.  that was a rough sickness break of almost 2 weeks. 


got a bunch done on this today.  probably needs another day of wiring and plumbing then be ready to fire

rips like a farm truck
adjusted shifter for full shift range
plugged in VSS so now trans is happy
mod hod
added OBD connector

front tcase yoke needs some clearancing or off set ujoint (existing issue)

other than that ready to wheel.

Used this to rescue Rebecca yesterday when she buried the rzr due to awd not working . It ran along the trail just great. It's awesome !
