I’ll need a mower on floatation tires.

May be able to make some changes to existing ditches to improve flow. The pond is a catchment from neighbors’ drainage and the low point where everything goes is atthe corner of whalen and cr30.

Flapper on the drier vent doesn’t close. There are birbs in there.

I think a commercial grade walk behind with hydro drive will work well and less prone to get stuck. Use it to mow all, or at least to do ditches, around trees, etc and finish the rest with the mowzer (and eventually with a compact tractor similar to Smike’s)?

Mowzer is only I think 46” and does 7mph with no suspension. It’s going to be a 5 hour affair to mow this place if I keep it all cut.

Gotta get the fences torn out sometime too. Much in the way of mowing.

2hrs on my zero turn did it, plus some mozer work.


tractor ripped out about 75 horse people posts and gates.  did some work!
