actually had a guy come with a trailer today from Mt Morris.  wasn't the right rig for him.  said he follows me on FB and CL and knows all my trucks i have done.  said was too much work to finish.    i guess 2 Saturdays of my work left is too much for some people to save 4K from turn key.  ok next!

And he didn't say what work was too much for him?    He didn't negotiate a price with you, having you finishing up some things that he's unable to on his own for a bit more $?

i hinted that i was more than flexable if he wanted to make an offer, but he didnt.

i guess if its still around once i get the shop finished up ill finish it.   Im really kinda not into the project though.  should have never started with a crusty 4x4 chassis.  bah

rolled the dice on some ebay injectors.  set of 8 for 35$

emptied nasty brown fuel out of tank, flushed lines, removed rail, flushed, replaced injectors with new, new inline fuel filter.

fired right up.  stuck injectors confirmed.  fixed!

muffler choice is no good.  6.0 is way too loud and rappy.  the 4.8 in the 54 is perfect.

driver side manafold pulled, belt sanded, collector gastket replaced.  all good now.

exhaust is still loud and rappy.  needs a change.
