I never wanted a red car.. always thought they were tacky and common...
I now have 4 very not common cars and they are all red.. :o

Seeing the strap across the Hood reminded me that I saw an old military Willy's in the west bound lane as I was heading east on the top of a semi car hauler with the Hood flipped up against the windshield.. it was sad as I am sure it was not loaded that way.

Those hoods as you know are feather light....
On a vehicle never meant to go faster than 45 mph the slightest breeze will do something awful wrong..

This thing has sooo much potential for cool cruising. Odd fire v6 under the hood now. I'd say keep that, or find a flathead v8... Loose the top entirely, put in some low back seats.... Mmmm

well the 39K sounds a bit high..
but we will be talking to M4 shortly about some potential work to be done prior to anything..
I need to see how solid everything is..
